2. The people at this company do seem nicer
Everyone who I saw there said "hello" to me and smiled. That would never happen with a job candidate at the company that I am currently working for. I am sure that there are negative people everywhere, but from what I saw and asked about, it is a better people environment.
Where I am currently, if I stay, I could try harder to find and build positive relationships outside of work, but going somewhere for 40 hours per week that I don't want to be and being around people who are more negative than positive to my life, is certainly not a help to my situation.
