but give me a hot-from-the-stove puffy puri or some aloo paratha - a flat bread stuffed with spiced peas and potatos. Cucumber raita. Lime pickle and coriander chutney.
I just discovered a nice Indian grocery near us with fabulous frozen flatbreads that you heat in a frying pan, and great frozen meals and low prices. Oh, the spices! Yummmmm.
