since you said elsewhere that the thing was 30 and end of its lifespan, but....just because somethign is against the law.....well I mean....you know.....obvioulsy the crew that just filled your tank didn't see it....
I mean a $5 pack of epoxy vs $1000 tank...however since its that old and likely you will be needing many $5 packs of epoxy I can see your point.
