Many cities have organized protests when Hooters plans to come to town.

The food is quite ordinary pub grub, and the beer selection is bland and overpriced. The women employees are very attentive to male customers, but don't completely bare any body parts.

A man once took Hooters to court for refusing to hire him as a server. Here in Georgia, a high school girl got a job at Hooters for a vocational training course. She worked as a greeter, fully and demurely clothed. After she worked there for most of a year, her instructor found out about it and refused to give her credit for the work experience.
