Let's analyze that MTV kiss, shall we?

Hmmm, two people kissing. No big deal.

Hmmm, one of them is 45 and the other one must be 17. Could be a problem but I don't care; they both act like they're 12 regarding how they want attention (which also explains their singing and acting abilities being equally undeveloped...).

Hmmm, both are females. Well golly jeepers Beav, Jesus seyz that's immoral! All us god-fearin' Christians should be in an uproar in an act that made Sodom and Gammorah look like a Gingham family picnic by comparison! :eyes:

If they were kissing to further a political movement, I'd be all for it. But these two have historically been whores to attention, nothing more. That's all they care about, do you believe they're doing it more for just the tawdry attention? (we're all selfish to varying degrees, but this is just beyond ridiculous!)

I will give Madonna credit, at least the songs she sings have meaning (which gets lost somehow in the videos made for them...)

And you're right, I may have been slightly harsh. I've enjoyed MANY of Madonna's controverial acts, namely her video to "Like a Prayer" with the Black Jesus and cross burnings. Her early 90s stuff was the best... But somehow, the lesbian kiss comes off as being utterly phony and pretentious. I dunno...
