30 days is not enough. If he knew he wasn't going to renew the lease, he could of given a head's up a month ago.

Borough & council members are under some weird rules in the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania. You can move into another apartment and find out that the borough line ends across the road, and you would have to give up your seat.

We have some very strange rules here. I lived in one place for almost 25 yrs, and I still am not sure where the borough lines end. And neither did they, my parents found out after 15 yrs, that they had been paying the wrong place taxes. They had been paying the borough when they should of been paying a township, no one figured that out till the sewer went in. And the borough I am talking about has a population of over 6,000 people.
