i swear it was like he tried to. he slowed down and then STILL hit the dog.

the poor thing tried to drag itself off with just it's front legs. the back portion of its body wasn't moving and seemed paralyzed. i think its back was broken. it was also bleeding from the eyes and nose and foaming badly. poor thing.

put it in the back of the van and took it to the vet because the idiot who hit it just kept going. they'll likely have to put it down. they're supposed to call with news, but it's in obvious pain and i'm sure that it has been put down.
