and slapping the shit out of this self-important land creature. Honest to God I can't help but overhearing this hog's conversation. She's, (or it's) on the phone with some poor bastard who has to suffer this abuse. She's complaining to a hotel staff person that clean towels are being provided to their rooms when they stay there. Read that again, she's complaining because this hotel chain's policy is TO PROVIDE FRESH TOWELS daily to the guests. She's the typical late early mid to late 50's, bitter, pissed at the world, grotesquely out of shape, and soooo full of her own crap. She talks like a female prison guard, maybe you've seen the type. Or maybe the type has seen you, and considered eating you like a snack. Either way, people can be so abysmally small. Her recommendation was that the hotel provide a checklist that the guest would fill out indicating what they need. I don't know about you but the last thing I want to be worrying about while staying at a hotel, is a fucking checklist. I hope the hotel takes her recommendation and wipes their collective asses with it.
