Only the repukes would think they could solve life's woes with snappy catch phrases. But who is fooling who? Did anyone suddenly quit doing drugs because they wanted to "Just Say No". Does anyone really believe we'll drop the rate of Teenage Pregnancy/Diseases/Etc with "Wait until you're Married"

Which Neo-conservative policy do you think was most affective??
