11. I've got kind of a stupid question that I don't want to start a thread
so I'll ask it here. Fema has all that ice stored up. Would there be a way to drop it at the front of the hurricane before it hits land? I know you can't change a whole lot of water but from what I hear the horrible hurricanes are being caused by only a 1% increase in water temp all around. There must be tons of it available.

I thought there was some thought about dropping something into the eye with a plane years ago.
