4. What about the Mississippi?
Is anyone doing any scenarios regarding impact of the torrential rain NOAA is predicting will occur when Rita stalls around NW La and NW Tx for a few days after landfall? I assume the 15 " of sustained rain is going to be doing something when it gets to the New Orleans area.--Possibly something bad....
