133. Guess what
This anti-war effort is not about FDR or Clinton.

It is about the illegal and immoral war that we are involved in now, the fake "war against terra" - the needless killings in Iraq and Afghanistan. A true "war on terra" would have the money wasted on this immoral war spent at home to secure the soft targets that surround each and everyone of us. It would have the money go toward the veterans hospitals and the military bases located in the States, making them the strongest and the best in the world. We would not be shutting them down to save money that is later spent on the illegal war that we are losing. The "war on terra" if actually fought would not include building 14 bases in another land. A "war on terra" would include finding ways to make ourselves less dependent on the precious oil that exists in that other region.

Some folks just don't see that what this is about is what is happening now. Our nation is less than it has ever been. We are a laughing stock to ALL of the nations in this world. We were once seen as a super power that no one messed with, but now the weed-n-chief and his minions have demonstrated that not only are we weak militarily, we don't give a flying f*ck for our military or the rights that once made us the nation that all others wanted to be like.

We are fighting and losing in an illegal and immoral war! We had no cause to attack and awe a sovereign nation or to invade the nation. For all I know, given the lies of this admin, Afghanistan was a mistake too. We completed the mission in Afghanistan a long time ago and should have pulled our troops out then.

I knew that Nixon was an asshole, it did not make me distrust my leaders and/or to consider all presidents assholes. Of course, it did make me realize that all presidents are humans and are capable of making mistakes. It was St. Raygun and Poppy that made me doubt all repukes and now the weed-n-chief makes me hate all neo-cons. Those sentiments come from experience.

Please try to fashion your arguments using actual facts and logic. :hi:
