Why Biden would be taking this politically suicidal stand,...I just can NOT comprehend or understand unless he is attempting to impose political pressure on the Republican party.

I take the position, both with Biden and Rangel, that pushing the draft is NOT politically savvy, at this time. That's just my position which is worth na da in the scheme of things.
