The net plus a few media outlets enable progressive networks on the ground to act smartly and effectively and in a truly (revolutionarily) democratic and effective way. Contrast prior times where communications made some form of centralism (a la the DNC, RNC, CP and such) inevitable when coordinated action was needed.
