All draft-age kids will be able to choose whether they want to serve two years performing community service in their gated communities, or two years dodging bullets and car bombs in Iraq, Iran, and Syria. There will be monetary bonuses for those who choose the war duty, and an escape clause for the government to change their own quotas re: who goes where.

The media will never call it a draft, nor will they report on just how many kids are being fed into the meat-grinder.
