The article is a thinly-veiled attempt to link Dem attempts to keep Nader off the ballot in key states to a plot to prevent overseas military from voting. Please read the article, the first paragraph is below.

WASHINGTON - President Bush’s campaign legal counsel said Friday litigation threatens to prevent overseas service members from receiving their absentee ballots in time for them to be filled out, sent home, and counted.
