perhaps, or the fact that the hijackers were early, realized if they
stalled the air force would be shooting them down soon, that caused them to hit the buildings at 8;45 AM instead of 9 AM when everyone would have been at their desk.

I think they expected to hit 50,000 -

Also in our explorations online for Plame, I read somewhere the belief
that the WTC buildings had been wired with explosives...that workmen had been in the building for a couple of days before.....at the time that I was reading it, I thought "nonsense" -but that was before I started reading about Goss, Punta Gorda, the CIA drug airlines, and the criminality on the West Coast of Florida .....
