Her story brought me to tears, and I'm not one to cry. Touching, sad, and inspiring at once. Even thinking about it now is having the same effect. God love the hundreds of other mothers and family members in this country who have lost loved ones to this war.
Think it would do any good to write to the DNC and suggest she be given a role at the convention? She would be a wonderful symbol of all those who have suffered such losses.
