and it DOES help build a middle class in other countries.

"Outsourcing" has always happened and always will.

The main problem is that NOT ENOUGH NEW JOBS ARE BEING CREATED.

I'm not an Economics genius... but I read Krugman and trust his take on things.

Look up his article "Lumps of Labor".
