um, the american public is bunch of idiots.

there are numerous proofs of this, but the most enlightening is the fact that bush actually got to be president...

(before ranting about florida election stealing, convince yourself that that's actually irrelevant)...

some consequences of american idiocy:

(1) if osama is caught/killed, bush will win the election - not even close.....

(2) tho things look good for the dems right now, that can change in a heartbeat - idiots are good at changing their minds for the most myterious of reasons.... especially when the republicans, who have a vested interest in american idiocy, start throwing more lies out there....

other than that, and the econ stuff you forgot, i agree - we do have a strong hand to play....
