I don't get it.

Just watched Bush's ad showing the Move.org Kerry footage, which is supposed to make me want to vote for him:

http://www.georgewbush.com/

Opening card: "The Coalition of the Wild-Eyed"(?-- whoever thought of that should be fired for incompetence).

Then we're treated to a "best of Democratic speeches" montage including the climax of Al Gore's speech in NY as well as some powerful footage from Dean and Michael Moore, followed by another card which reads, "This is no time for pessimism and rage. It's a time for optimism, leadership, and steady progress", accompanied by sappy music on a cheap digital piano (the moral: don't be mad. Mad people are crazy. Just believe, pray, and things will get better).

Sorry, but I'm praying they keep that ad up there. IMO it's the best ad for Kerry we could hope for. But maybe I am crazy, like they say...
