18. In a post about the
Wellstone memorial - Mrs Monica said even Wellstone's son was ashamed - please provide proof of this - I do not believe it. I know Senator Wellstone's best friend who made the most fiery speech said he regreted it because of the reaction. He should not have regreted what he said - Wellstone's memorial was as his FAMILY wanted it - and I believe how Paul Wellstone would have wanted it a celebration of what it means to be a democrat - political rally or not - Paul Wellstone was a political man - in a campaign for Senate at the time of his death - and I for one thought the memorial was one of the most moving events I have ever witnessed.....and no we should not criticize Regan's family for however they choose to memorialize him.
