I'm not an expert, but I posted that on this forum and the other one I belong to yesterday. If it is proved that any of the CIA or bush or cheney would be responsible for torture, an overseas country could bring them to trial in the Hague....And some of those countries will send their secret forces to pick them up. If I was bush and the CIA who torture...I would be scared to death and constantly looking over my shoulder if they rule against them. The country could just wait til bush and cheney are out of office.
