Republican software. Republican technicians and 'fixers'. Republican data transmittal and tallying. Republican networks paying for exit polling whose data they then own to interpret any which way they want and call any which way they want - which looks like their interpretations and calls were in partnership with their lords. Republican tricks and cooperative election officials. No oversight. No vetting. Indifferent citizens. Unbelieving citizens Slam dunk.
