11. This position is in direct opposition to the Ohio ballot issue, right?

Won't the Ohio ballot issue preclude the state from recognizing *any* arrangement, between same-sex partners, simulating marriage?

I gotta believe this will confuse the Ohio fundies to whom the ballot issue was targeted in order to motivate them to hit the polls.

edit: How anyone could make *any* sense of what B* said in that interview is beyond me. It was total nonsense.
