Never post or access anything intresting from the office... ever. Becaus all the data travels over the company network and a sys admin doing their job (one of their jobs is to make sure material that can expose their firm to liability, e.g. porn does not get viewed).

I could care less about her being a whore, but firstly never sleep with someone in the same office and secondly never never brag about anything in email or blog (unless you are willing for the world to figure out who the anonomous author is).

There are way too many cases of people loosing their jobs and being repremanded over putting things in emails.
