8. Iowa is just whining because they really aren't that relevant. Their
electoral votes matter only in a very close election. The caucasus are the only thing they got going.
Florida on the other hand is a big prize - and still is growing. I believe we are adding several districts & electoral votes before the next election.
Revision of the order is past due - my recommendation is to move to merit-based and order the state primaries based on voter turnout in the last election.
