96. I wouldn't call Genachowski, Copps, and Clyburn "Bush cronys"
I wouldn't expect them to stop the deal from going through, either. Probably impose a bunch of conditions that Comcast can live with.

Genachowski: Former senior advisor to Reid Hundt, FCC Chairman under Clinton; former roommate and close associate of President Obama

Copps: Former staffer to Sen. Hollings; loudest, most consistent voice on FCC in opposing media consolidation, favoring net neutrality regulation

Clyburn: Former member of SC PUC; daughter of Democratic Congressman Jim Clyburn.

As for DOJ, I don't expect them to stop the deal either. But, again, labelling the DOJ antitrust division as "bush cronys" is simply baseless. The head of the antitrust division is Christine Varney, who served as an assistant to the President in the Clinton White House and later was appointed by Clinton as a Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission.
