41. In this case because the stadium will provide jobs both building it
and afterwords, now what I am wondering is did they try to buy the land first and if so how much did they offer? If they didn't make any offer or atleast fair offer then the government should not have gotten involved and they misused the right of eminent domain, if they did make an offer and it was being held up due to some holdouts trying to gouge for more money then sorry, it was their own fault for being greedy.
