Gasoline engine technology found in Germany, Japan, and the UK is beyond that.

I drive a hand-me-down Toyota Camry that gets into the mid-20s MPG in city driving, and this car was built back in 1995 using 1995 technology, but the way I drive I get closer to 29 or 30 MPG because I don't gun the engine.
