163. I bet my fascist nephew is at that meeting. My sister-in-law made them listen
to Rush Limbo in the car on their way to hockey practice every day. He's a wanna-be junior rush. My brother says"I don't know why he's (my nephew--his child) such a nazi--he never had to work for a living." I hadn't realized what was up till I visited their home in Texas this summer. S-i-l was dropping my other nephew off at college in California so my niece was driving me around in s-i-l's car, she turns on the radio and Rush gasbag is on. I asked her to turn it off as I thought he was the most repulsive racist, sexist lying etc. She did and we had a nice lunch. S-i-l returned in a couple of days and we had some pretty funny attempts at political discourse. She thinks that all those people without medical insurance must be illegal aliens, that women who were going to vote for Hillary would now vote for McCain (before Palin). She got quite offended when I said that was highly exxagerated winger propaganda. I couldn't go too far with the discussion because I was their guest. I guess s-i-ls excuse is she was raised in Arizona in the Goldwater times. Funnily enough, she gets to be a stay-at-home mom and my liberal brother is the one bringing home all the bacon. So she's on welfare.
