based on intelligence........ PERIOD. It was based on tremendous egos and greed. The snot nosed boy king never thought anyone would ever question him on it. He was on a roll. 9/11 was his ticket to ride. Guess what boy king? There are still enough people in this country that give a shit who aren't going to let you get away with it. Twist asshole, twist.
