would have, most likely, actually unified our nation, not to mention improve the standing of the USA in world opinion. She failed to take advantage of one of the most patently agreeable actions that anyone in this country could have taken, in regards to the mess we have made in Iraq. The Re-thugs she works with, who still hang on to the notion that what was done during the past years of this miserable occupation were good for our democracy, are few, and those they represent are restless, embarrassed, and angry.

What better way to force her hand could she have been given?

The woman is complicit, that is the only way I read what she has (not) done.
