then this is a simple contract dispute. If he'd been a bar owner who promised to pay these women for singing at his bar and they did but he refused to pay, there would be no headlines. The notoriety of the Girls Gone Wild videos are getting in the way of what this lawsuit is really about, it seems.

BTW, I've read accounts where underage girls were given alcohol and then sexually exploited. Both of those are crimes, and I hope ANYONE who does such things is prosecuted.
