The plain fact is, packing a vest with explosives and ball bearings and exploding it in a shopping mall or some place like that is dispicable. On the other hand dropping cluster bombs on fleeing civilians or aprtment houses on , at best, sketchy and or outdated intel is dispicable as well. Just because one has 'official' uniforms does not make them any better then the other.
