She's a classic mediocrity who craves attention as someone who's brilliant. Hence the overachieving and the doctorate.
As a spokesperson, she's just godawful; her quivering on the edge of tears when denying that junior had any foreknowledge of 9-11 back in May of '02 was pathetic. You could almost hear her whining "oh, Mr. Grant..."
She's scared of her own shadow and needs approval so desperately that it's embarrassing to watch.
