8. I was a midwest sports-type who just moved to NYC at the time.
I'm sure I wore something casual. The only social grace I had was politeness, and I knew NOTHING about fashion or the social world. He kept remarking on my looks and I'd keep saying simple thankyous, and finally, out of exasperation, he asked me if I had anything to say about him in return, and I said " You have really nice hair."

After a few dates where I really didn't understand much about the ways of older men, I think he just gave up on me. LOL

After that, I did have many adventures and social experiences that made for a more interesting life, but never ran into Mr. Cassini again.
