Sunni support for the new "constitution." I am sure that the tales these men will have to tell of their humanitarian treatment while in custody will cause everyone in their extended families to rise up and demand that Sunni leaders support the US-backed constitution.
"Not guilty of serious, violent crimes." In fact, many of them may not be guilty of anything at all. No one's keeping track.
