Sniff! Sniff! Billy Weld. A highly intelligent guy. A social charmer. His name is still legion here in the Bay State! That, despite the fact that u/ Weld, Massachusetts had its Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) gutted, the finances of our social programs cut back, and the rise of the homosexual community into out-and-out politics! Egads, what will New York do? Bill embraced liberal Democrats, gave hell to extremist Republicans and told Senator Jesse Helms to go to hell! Yeah, we Bay Staters truly enjoyed it when Weld gave the middle finger to Helms! Indeed.

We miss Bill. Weld, that is. Give em hell in New York, Bill . . .

One warning to New Yorkers (of which Weld is himself, being born and raised in NY), Weld gets bored quite easily. This may be due to his high intellect or his fair-thee-well attitude. For example, here's a photo of Bill (fully clothed) jumping into the Charles River when clean-up of the river had not, as yet, been completed. We think it was due to Weld's boredom with the speakers at the formal gathering. After all, the river at that time was still quite . . . well, crappy. Eh.

<damn, google didn't bring up the photo . . . oh, well>
