26. Lets hope there is a provision for "guest workers" because
there will not be enough qualified American citizens to design the projects, and once the construction phase begins there will be jobs that American citizens will just not do. Its ok though because it will keep the bankers employed distributing money and Western Union will be busy w/ money transfers to Asia and Latin America.

Of course the steel, concrete, plumbing, wiring, signal lights, and electronics will be purchased overseas and assembled w/ tools and machinery manufactured in countries other than the United States. Even the clothing and shoes worn by the workers and quite possibly the food will have non domestic origins.

There will be vast numbers of jobs created but only a tiny fraction will go to our unem
That could change if bill forced domestic sourcing but thats not the bill I believe will be written.
