We've changed the "My Forums" section on the Latest & Greatest pages.

Over time, it has become apparent that it is a little bit too difficult for people to find many of our smaller forums. We think this is because the way forums are presented at the top of the Latest Page and Greatest Page is not very intuitive.

In an effort to make things a little more intuitive, we have moved the category folders so they are no longer listed on the far left side, out of the field of view. Now the category folders are listed within the "My Forums" list in their appropriate place. We hope this will make the folders, and the small forums inside, more accessible.

You will probably notice that this change has caused some of the forums in your "My Forums" list to change position. We hope that this does not confuse you too much.

And remember, you can always add and remove forums to your "My Forums" list. To add a forum, just find that forum in its appropriate category folder, and click the link that says "Add to My Forums." To remove a forum, visit the "My Forums" page by clicking the link that says "Customize My Forums."

The DU groups that were deleted a while ago are showing up again. - no big woop.

Am I correct that our most visited are showing up at the beginning of the list? Sweet! edit: I'm not correct, nevermind. ;)

3. In case anyone is interested,

The way I find a forum is to go to the Greatest page and click on Post. Then a page of all forums is presented. That is the only way I've ever, and still can, find which forum I'm looking for. Why not just have one page with all of the forums on it like that?

Because once you start the post, you then have to click on the forum link to get out of "post mode".

I saw the change right away when I just logged in. At first I didn't understand the logic behind the "more intuitive" statement, but looking at it again, I can see how it's set up. And I like it! :thumbsup:

One thing that I've never understood is why these don't list at the head of the "My DU" page. It used to be that when I clicked on My DU, my posts would list the forum they were posted in on the left. This was helpful because I usually check My DU to see if anyone's responded to my posts, and then, if no one had, I usually entered one of the forums I had recently posted in since I only usually post in a few of the forums, anyway. Now I check My DU, and if no one's responded to any of my posts, I have to go to the Latest or Greatest Page to get a listing of the forums. Obviously, not a big deal, but it is something I've always wondered about: why don't the customized forums get listed on My DU?

14. Am I the only one who can't get the Latest Page to show up? I get

an error message.

I can get to the Home page and look at the individual forums but the latest doesn't work so I haven't been able to see threads as they are posted since last night.
