Saturday, 8-13-05; I worked out today, Did you?
I did fat blasting Latin dance video, upper body weights & yoga.
Then my husband took me to breakfast. I was careful though, had a veggie omelet made with egg whites & fruit.

2. Yep I worked out
Upper body work with the weights and a one mile walk. I guess you could say that my workouts are kind of bland. But they are effective. I've lost 10 pounds over the last 3.5 weeks. Yay me!

3. Yes, I did
I jogged 4 miles.... and no that's not a typo, I mean I jogged four miles (My loggest run before was 3.1 miles).

It bugged the heck out of my knee, but I did it. It was one of the hottest and most humid days this summer, but I did it.

Yep, I'm a little bit proud.

4. Wow!!
Almost a mile more than your previous maximum... I'm impressed!

I hope you stayed adequately hydrated and everything. :)

5. In a way, I did.
Not my usual 30-40 minutes on the elliptical. We went to a company picnic for my wifes law firm at an amusement park. Had some lunch, then went on rides and walked around the park.
BUT, due to some poor planning on our part(the park is both dry and wet rides, has a wild waves thing going), we ended up putting stuff back in the car in the parking lot, forgetting things etc. So I volunteered to do all the walking back and forth until we had our act together. I walked a good mile and change easily. Not much, but much better then nothing.
