Portugal in Chaos
LISBON, Portugal (AP) -- Portugal's prime minister quit Wednesday after opposition parties overwhelmingly rejected his last-ditch round of austerity measures aimed at preventing the eurozone's weakest economy from plunging into chaos. The move turned the dept-plagued nation into the prime candidate for the continent's next bailout package.

Greece already in trouble, so is Ireland and Spain. The common problem? Too much national debt.
Our biggest enemy is not some foreign power or even Al Qaeda. Our most serious enemy is national debt
and on going budget deficits.

At this rate we will soon follow Portugal, Ireland, Greece and Spain, commonly referred to as PIGS.
When US joins them they might call it U-PIGS.
