With so many seeking the one spot, getting trapped in one issue can be the kiss of death (so to speak). She is not working herself out of the mess she's in. Sorta' like John Kerry - decorated war veteran, attacked by the "Swift Boat" mob. In his case, it was BullShit, yet he did not have a swift, solid defense or attack against it.
As for KG, the attacks may or may not be BullShit - but she's not coming up with a meaningful way to get anybody to move on or consider whatever else her strengths as a candidate may be.
The Democratic candidate will need a solid core of support to win in 2020. Seems pretty obvious, at least to me if you've read anything else on this thread, that she's gonna' have a very difficult time getting even a minimal amount of support from Democrats.
