From the numbers, could have been as much as half of his support in 2016.

Interestingly enough, I think the campaign understood that, even if others didn't. The 30% strategy assumed that he'd lose a lot of his support from 2016 to 2020.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
