Commenting on Biden's speech tonight, Brit Hume on Fox implied that Joe [View all]

is becoming "non compus mentus" or "senile", and that in giving a speech Joe might not know where he is.
There seemed to have been a gaffe, which I didn't notice, in Joe's speech.

The usual cast of Fox pundits was with Hume, and some, including Juan, Dana and ......Wallace seemed startled at Hume's words, but didn't protest too much.
Did anyone else see and hear that?

I don't watch Fox much, but sometimes flip around the channels when MSNBC or CNN are dullish.
