(11,112 posts)Im proud of you for voting and for caring enough to express your opinion.... which is your right. Dont stop. Your world vision is through YOUR eyes, and rightly so. The experiences youve had have shaped your thinking. Your belief system and personal priorities have shaped your vote. Thats as it should be.
Im in my mid-seventies and have a granddaughter who is twenty. Whether I agree with her or not, I lovingly welcome her opinion. Shes learning. Shes working through things. Shes finding her own way, just like you are.
Believe in yourself, LD. Remember that you have a worthwhile voice, so use it. Im glad you voted for Bernie today. You thought about it, then exercised your right. One woman, one vote. Good for you.
