Push polls always give negative information then ask the question. The point is to convey the negative info. As to the statistics, they are useless as they are contaminated by interviewer bias. Many people polled want to give the right answer and please the interviewer.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
