As for Hillary being a moderate, I've made my case on that. If you care to refute it, have at it.
Regardless, remember when the black guy with the funny (Islamic!) name won by 10 million votes? That race couldn't be stolen--unlike 2000 or 2004--because it wasn't close enough. Even in 2012, when it had become apparent that Obama was more moderate than many hoped, it still wasn't close enough to steal. 2016 was. Any one of the things you named might have beaten Hillary against a half-way sane and competent opponent; it took all of them for her to lose to tRump. That says a lot to me about the nature of our candidate. You can disagree and call it a bullshit characterization or anything else you like, it's a free country. Doesn't make it true.
btw, regarding progressive Democrats running for Senate in 2016 I've got two words for you: "incumbent" and "coattails"
