16. Don't get me wrong; I like Harris a lot, and if she's the nominee

I'll support her enthusiastically. But she doesn't come close to Biden with respect to foreign policy experience - in fact, none of the other candidates do. Biden was on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for years, and for many of those years he was either its chair or its ranking member. His experience was one major reason why Obama, who didn't have much, chose him as his running mate. He was in the thick of it as VP for eight years.

“He’s been doing this for 30-plus years and even the best foreign policy hands end up being tutored by Joe Biden,” said one former foreign policy adviser to Biden who declined to speak on the record until that person’s former boss makes a decision about 2020. “We have a lot of candidates and unfortunately very few of them have any real depth or experience working in foreign policy issues.” https://www.politico.com/story/2019/03/20/biden-2020-foreign-policy-national-security-1228345

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
